Todd Jennings spearheads the CBCS Online 2.0 Development effort, as Chief Technical Officer.  Todd, who earned his Master of Arts in Instructional Technology, with a 3.9 GPA, from University of Central Florida, worked integrally on the development of the WebCT course program for the University.  He earned his Bachelor of Science, in Business Education (NCATE accredited) at Murray State University.  His experience includes Information Technology Specialist with Auburn University and he holds a number of honors including Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society membership, being Diversity Certificate Recipient at UCF, and experience on both the Ad Hoc Privacy Policy Committee and Copyright Committee for the Auburn University Libraries.

Jerry Lawrence co-pastors the Community Gospel Truth Church of Melbourne Florida together with his wife, Maria Lawrence.  The Church hosts the Chesapeake Bible Learning Center – a distance learning center of Chesapeake Bible College & Seminary.  Pastor Jerry, who has attended Logos Bible College, and has served as pastor to the Church for more than 15 years, was elevated to the position of Bishop, in 2014, in the American Evangelistic Association.  Jerry practices marketplace ministry and, together with his wife, they co-own MCGraphics, a sign and print business that serves Christian Ministries globally.  Jerry received his Bachelor’s degree, in Accounting and Finance, from the State University of New York College at Old Westbury, and serves as Control for Christian Care Ministry Inc., of Melbourne Florida, as well as Treasurer for the Alliance of Health Care Sharing Ministries, in addition to his Church and Bible College activities.

Paul Rosbury is ordained with Seminary Covenant Community, on organization devoted to assisting other ministries, such as Hungry and Homeless, Substance abuse recovery, Welfare reform, and planting small groups.  He is the President and Spiritual Leader of the organization and, since 1998 under its Group exemption 501(c)(3), began accepting applications from persons and ministries who desired organizational membership and biblical accountability.  SCC operates the Merritt Island Center, an educational facility that houses Christian Schools, Home School Organizations and also a Distance Learning Center for the Chesapeake Bible College.
